This is a private and spacious 20 m2, fully standalone, garden cabin with a private en-suite bathroom, underfloor heating and air conditioning. We live in the main building across the garden from you and remain available if need anything :).

The flat is situated on the bottom floor of our Victorian house in the peaceful and leafy Telegraph Hill conservation area. It offers a comfortable bolt hole within easy reach of central London. There is plenty to do locally with green spaces, good pubs and restaurants close by as well as a myriad of Zone 2 transport links.

A daybed sofa that’s a comfortable single bed for the third guest, chairs for hanging out, or eating around the dining table.

You'll love the studio because of the location, the amazing views of canary wharf and the 02, with garden and key-box entry. Small but perfect! A beautifully renovated studio apartment in the heart of Brockley. A one minute walk to the train and overground station. Coffee shops, restaurants and a pub on your doorstep. A king sized bed and black out blinds to give you a great night's sleep. From Brockley station it is 9 minutes to London Bridge, 20 minutes to Shoreditch, 30 minutes to Oxford Street and 40 minutes to Gatwick.
