The Annexe is a spacious studio with private entrance and outside decking area to enjoy a drink. King size bed, with desk/dressing table, TV, tea/coffee making facilities, toaster, microwave, wi-fi, TV (SKY) and sofa area. Contemporary en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Set in the lovely village of Old Oxted. Only a 1 -5 minute walk from 3 great pubs all serving good food and with nice atmosphere. Approx. a 15 minute walk from Oxted station which takes 40 minutes into central London.

A large, comfortable guest suite, with its own private entrance, in a Georgian townhouse. Set in a great Islington location, with excellent transport links, green spaces, and the delights of Upper Street only 5 mins walk away. The space has been designed to feel and function like a hotel room but with the convenience of a kitchen and a sunny south facing roof terrace.

Come and stay at Emu Cottage :) ~ LGBT+ Friendly ~ Parliamo Italiano! ~ This spacious en-suite room is a recently renovated garden house with its own private access. It is 10 min walking distance from Hanwell train station (which will take you to Paddington in 15 minutes) and less than 5 min walking distance from bus stops. Emu Cottage is fully soundproof, with a very spacious walk in shower, underfloor heating for the winter months and a food station with a microwave and a kettle.

Grace Cottage

Grace Cottage is an annex on the side of our home. Access is via a locked side gate and then you will need to cross the main house patio area to get to the separate entrance to the flat. It is set up with the bedroom and living area being in one space, with a mezzanine floor where a single mattress is situated. There is a fully kitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher. Shower room with basin, toilet and shower.
