Welcome to the charming self-catering Rockcliffe Cottage situated in the picturesque and historic coastal town of South Queensferry. You are just 15-minutes from Edinburgh city centre and well connected for Scotland's road, rail & airport routes. This bright, modern cottage is cosy and furnished to a high standard with accommodation over one floor. Open plan lounge and dining areas include two double sofas, TV, DVD player and dining table, with French doors providing access to a decking area.

Home share, set in the heart of picturesque, historic Dean Village, a 10minute walk from the West End of Princes Street where you can enjoy all the delights that Edinburgh offers. Private entrance on Miller Row, you will enjoy privacy in your suite. The accommodation has a king-size bed, TV, beautiful en-suite shower room and a private sitting room, with smart TV, dining space and basic catering facilities. (no kitchen).

The room is self contained with its own entrance, within a Listed Georgian townhouse built in 1810 in a quiet residential street at the foot of the Historic New Town. It has a bedroom with a double bed and memory foam mattress , WIFI and a separate shower room. We are a short walk from Princes Street,the Old Town,the Botanic Gardens and Stockbridge with its restaurants and thrift shops and Broughton with its trendy bars and shops. Our guest suite is in a quiet residential area in Balerno; a village at the foot of the scenic Pentland Hills. A beautiful spot for walkers and nature lovers. To visit the city take a 25 minute car drive or the 44 Lothian bus at the end of the road for a 45 min bus ride to Edinburgh City Centre. Complimentary milk, coffee, tea and sugar plus cereal for your first breakfast. Shops, restaurants, bars, cafe & takeaways within a short walk. A parking spot on the drive is available on request.

The Green sits within Ratho Park Steading: a stunning Scottish courtyard stable (built 1826; converted 2021). It borders Ratho Park Golf club (area of outstanding beauty), a walk from the heart of Ratho village, 8miles from Edinburgh centre. Rooms are stylishly furnished (with wifi), and proudly eco-friendly (ground source heated). Fordell loft is a cosy Scottish studio in the kingdom of Fife, surrounded by country veiws and walks. Free private parking beside loft in courtyard . Ten minutes east of Dunfermline , Ten minutes from Aberdour coastal path .Motorway route M90 and A92 close . St Andrews 45 minutes by car .Bus service is 10 minutes walk to crossgates . Park and ride at Halbeath provides excellent links throughout scotland , Edinburgh city centre and Edinburgh airport are roughly thirty minutes away by car x

Its central location will appeal to people who want the full Edinburgh experience, but who also want somewhere quiet to come back to that has all the facilities of a modern apartment. It is also an ideal space for those planning on leisure time, or meeting friends/family, but who also need to spend some time working. The bright, airy and tranquil setting, with a table, comfortable sofa and ultrafast Wi-Fi will suit their needs perfectly.

Little Linton

****Edinburgh council have added a visitor tax as of July 2026 so I will need to increase my nightly fee to account for this! Situated in the peaceful and leafy Colinton Village, we have an annex attached to our house for your stay with your own entrance. We feel it offers country views out to the Pentland hills yet we are easily accessible to the airport and centre of town. We have a double bedroom and small sitting room and private bathroom for your stay. Tea, coffee and toaster provided.

Beautifully furnished one-bedroom guest suite in a central, but quiet, location and within walking distance of most tourist attractions - also a good bus service is nearby. The guest suite is a real home from home - comfortable for up to three people. It is part of my home but is a private space. As I live in the same building, I am available if you need help or advice. PARKING: you MUST let me know if you plan to bring a car BEFORE booking. The available parking won't suit everyone.

Barleydean Suite is situated in a private annex in a country house. At the edge of the Pentland Hills, you can hike from your front door, wander to the local pub or take a bus to Edinburgh. The suite has private access for guests. It has 1 bedroom with a super king-size bed for 2 guests. Up to 2 foldaway single beds can be provided on request. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. There is a kitchenette suitable for light cooking, with hob, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, and washing machine.

Centrally situated between Edinburgh and Glasgow and close to the Scottish Borders or you can enjoy shopping at Livingston’s famous designer outlet McArthur Glen.
