Situated on the sand, the house opens to covered outdoor living and dining areas. Just beyond, you’ll find chaise lounges and umbrellas on the sunny deck surrounding the infinity pool. Step off the deck and you’re on the beach, where more chaise lounges and umbrellas await you. Back inside, set the mood with the sound system or browse via Wi-Fi access.
Like the other houses and villas on COMO Parrot Cay, the beach house features a clapboard exterior and breezy interiors. The open-plan living and dining area has vaulted ceilings, sliding glass walls with water views and fresh white tongue-and-groove paneling. Wood-framed sofas and dining chairs with white upholstery round out the beachy yet sophisticated vibe./p>
The house’s two bedrooms are a pair of master suites, each with a king bed, en-suite bathroom with indoor/outdoor shower and freestanding tub, dressing area, screened-in porch and ocean view. Four-poster beds draped with white netting create a cozy, romantic atmosphere, while wood and stone textures in the bathrooms have a spa-like feel.
From the House, it’s just 1 mile to the main resort area of COMO Parrot Cay. Since you’re staying on a private island, it’s a 30-minute boat ride to the town of Providenciales, a 45-minute boat and car ride to a church, the Grace Bay Clinic, Provo Golf Course and the airport, and a 50-minute boat and car ride to the Cheshire Medical Center.
