Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 1. Etage und ist über eine Aussentreppe erreichbar. Hier befindet sich auch eine kleine Terasse, die genutzt werden kann. Die Wände innen sind mit Lehmstreichputz verputzt, der Fußboden mit Dielenbretter ausgelegt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus und Bahn) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eine regelmäßige Verbindung nach Aachen, Herzogenrath oder die Niederlande ist in 10-15 Min. Fußweg zu erreichen.

Parkeren kan voor de deur tegen betaling (8,10 p.d.)

Maastricht centrum, MUMC+, Universiteit Maastricht en het Mecc zijn vanuit deze locatie middels een rechtstreekse verbinding per openbaar vervoer bereikbaar. 't Appelke is een ruim vakantiehuisje geschikt voor 2 personen in het prachtige heuvelland. Dit vakantiehuisje is gebouwd in de oude melkveestal en heeft ruim uitzicht over onze camping en weilanden. Men heeft hier ook gratis wifi. Het bijbehorende terras is omheind; Dit appartement ligt op korte afstand van Maastricht, Valkenburg en Luik. Het MUMC+ en het MECC ligt op 15 auto minuten afstand. Daarnaast is het een ideale uitvalsbasis voor wandelaars en fietsers.

Luxe sfeervol ingerichte suites met vrij uitzicht over heuvelland. Slaapkamer met 2 persoons Swiss Sense boxsprings. Badkamer(bad en/of inloopdouche). Nous nous situons dans un quartier très calme de notre village situé en bord de Meuse à proximité de Maastricht et de Liège. Idéalement situé pour visiter Liège, le Pays de Herve, les Ardennes, Maastricht et ses alentours, Aachen... Nous mettons à votre disposition un studio (25 m²) entièrement équipé dans une partie de notre maison . Entrée indépendante et parking privatif. Vinciane vous accueillera chaleureusement et avec discrétion .

Valkenburg centrum Kasteelzicht

Comfortabele woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer. Openslaande deuren naar ruim balkon met prachtig uitzicht op park en kasteel. Gratis parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
