This unique home is situated in lush, green privacy on the Ping river, minutes to Thapae Gate, shopping malls and the Nimmanhaemin area. There are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, covered outdoor decks & a pool. It's a perfect get away for couples, friends and family. All bedrooms have air conditioning, WiFi and cable TV. We are living as a family (us and our young son) a bit outside to the East of Chiang Mai along our rice fields which are at the fringe of a small village, which is located at the fringe of Chiang Mai, ca 20 km / 30 Minutes out of town. The guesthouse was built in 2019. It comes with modern settings including speedy fiber Internet and WiFi-Mesh. The complete estate is powered by our Solar system including battery storage, which means we are green by design with no power cuts/blackouts.
