Our new wooden guest house refurbished from old rice barn on stilts. Features a full kitchen downstairs. Main floor has a/c and a hot water shower. The balcony overlooks groves of bamboo beside a creek and rice fields. Great Thai and western food close by along with coffee shops, fruit vendors and one of Thailands famous handicraft villages. Sala San Sai, pool, nature and a discreet place

We are living as a family (us and our young son) a bit outside to the East of Chiang Mai along our rice fields which are at the fringe of a small village, which is located at the fringe of Chiang Mai, ca 20 km / 30 Minutes out of town. The guesthouse was built in 2019. It comes with modern settings including speedy fiber Internet and WiFi-Mesh. The complete estate is powered by our Solar system including battery storage, which means we are green by design with no power cuts/blackouts.
