You will have the spacious open plan guest accommodation to yourself with private access and private patio, which has outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ. Its own private 85m2 deck, covered hot tub with TV, in and outdoor speakers, gas bbq & large private gym. The Cabin is nestled away at the top of a hill in our rear garden backing onto woodland. There is a choice of colour scheme; pink or blue. Standard colour is pink but please message us in advance if you would prefer blue.

The Old Stables, Dovecote Farm

The Old Stables is a self contained two bedroom, detached annexe with direct access to the Ashdown Forest. A perfect place to stay while discovering the Forest and all its' walks, including Pooh Sticks Bridge, Friends Clump and all the other locations in the Winnie the Pooh books. The Old Stables is self catering, with a small kitchenette with microwave, two pan hob, fridge and coffee machine. If required we are able to provide a welcome pack of essentials at an extra cost.

Also has excellent connections to London with 2 stations being within a 10 minute drive and only taking 40 minutes to get into London via high speed making it the perfect stay for tourists and business stays.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Haven

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.
