The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. A lovely, south facing, detached house in an elevated position within its own grounds and with views out over The Bar and surrounding countryside. Sitting immediately below the National Trust's Overbecks House, The Anchorage is well equipped and furnished and decorated to a very good standard and is only a few minutes walk down to South Sands beach where the ferry into Salcombe town can be found along with the stunning South Sands Hotel (open to non residents) and the popular Bo’s Beach Cafe.

Your lovely private patio has views across the orchard, pond, pretty gardens and surrounding countryside. The perfect backdrop for al-fresco dining. Located in a small hamlet, yet within easy reach of many local attractions such as stunning beaches, coast paths and Dartmoor. The quaint towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are nearby.

The Studio is perfectly located in the stunning South Hams, a short drive away from nearby towns, such as Salcombe and Kingsbridge with fantastic pubs and restaurants. Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

A cottage for two adults and two children, ideal place for a Devon break in the beautiful South Hams with an indoor heated swimming pool and an outside hot tub. Just 3 miles from the South coast and Burgh Island beach. The perfect place to use as a walking base, enjoy the beach or just explore South Devon. A single dog is welcome. The cottage has a single double bed, and a second bedroom with twin beds, kitchen diner and lounge with wood burner set in 2.9 acres of garden.

Pubs, restaurants and the village shop can be reached on foot easily and our guests can enjoy gorgeous sunsets from the patio.
