Dating from 1585, the house sits in an idyllic spot between the Church and picturesque Sampford Manor. Originally the Church hall, it became the parish school in 1887 until 1923. The Piggery is a self contained converted Pigstye in the grounds of Oldaway Barn, a smallholding near to Kingsbridge and Salcombe. The light and airy cottage has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and good sized shower room. With underfloor heating throughout it is open all year round.
