On the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms. The living room leads to a beautiful terrace. There is also a summer kitchen and a barbecue area. A bedroom with bathroom, a sauna and a dressing room are on the first floor. It also has a gallery with exercise machines and table football. The villa offers two garage spaces.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

Villa Larus is located near the center of Malinska and can accommodate 6 persons. It consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, guest toilette, kitchen with dining area and a living room. In the outdoor area there is a private pool, terrace and barbecue area. This villa is fully equipped and located on a great location, close to the downtown center and the sea. You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Cosy two double bedroom apartment (with private entrance) in an old island stone house, with lots of sunlight and spacious garden where guests can enjoy their meals, sunbathe and children can safely play. It is situated few hundred meters from the centre of Malinska (cafes, restaurants, market and shops) and only hundred meters from the nearest beach. Lovely and convenient!
