We love the tranquility of the property - the backyard is its own private oasis with a spacious deck just off the kitchen, in-ground pool , fire pit, and large yard adjacent to Wreck Pond brook. The pool (opens May 12th- early October) is a great way for visitors to enjoy each other's company morning, noon or night! The quiet peaceful neighborhood is perfect for walks and bike rides. Spring Lake beach is only an 8 min bike ride away!

Relaxing Beach Home, Renovated w/a Spacious Yard

Come enjoy our newly renovated beach house! Sit on the adirondack chairs on the front porch and read a book or BBQ on the back deck. The 1st floor consists of the kitchen, living room, half bath, and laundry. Our large backyard has a grill, outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty of room for fun. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms w/balconies and a full bathroom (w/bathtub). We have a long driveway and an easy 10 min walk to the beach. Luxurious studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with large claw foot tub, and luscious bedding. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
