Quite fascinating space, due to a tasteful refurbishing, where each detail has been carefully designed. It Is on the second floor, under the roof beams, of a small building situated right behind the main street “ Strada nuova” . Bright, confortable, cosy and quiet. Has windows on 2 sides and overlooks roofs, a canal and an open area. At 1 min walk there are 2 supermarkets, many food shops, restaurants, pizzerie, wine bars…you could not expect more. Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Non mancano i medesimi servizi anche negli altri periodi, in quanto la zona è vicinissima a tutti i servizi ed attrazioni aperti tutto l’anno.
