Het betreft een gezellig appartement voor twee personen gelegen te Meerssen. Het appartement bevind zich in een bosrijke omgeving waar heerlijk gewandeld en gefietst kan worden, er is ook een leuk en net buitenzwembad op slechts 5 minuten loopafstand dat tegen entree bezocht kan worden. Het is 8 minuten lopen tot station Meerssen en 10 minuten tot het mooie centrum waar zich verschillende restaurants en cafés bevinden. Verder zijn Maastricht, Valkenburg en Aachen dichtbij goed bereikbaar.

De woonkamer heeft een tv, en pelletkachel. De badkamer heeft een royale douche. In de keuken is een magnetron/oven + vaatwasser aanwezig. De woning heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een tweepersoons slaapbank met comfortabele topper. Ideaal voor lange verblijven zijn de wasmachine en droger. Op beide verdiepingen is airconditioning.

Het appartement ligt zeer gunstig t.o.v. het MECC (5 minuten / auto), de Universiteit Maastricht ( 5 minuten) en de oude binnenstad van Maastricht is op loopafstand. Parkeren kan voor de deur tegen betaling (8,10 p.d.)

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,80 each a night.
