Set in Marldon Village, these lovely former farm conversions are nestled within a courtyard setting and is the perfect couples retreat or small family holiday. The cottage is in the charming village of Marldon, close to the seaside towns of Torquay, Paignton, and Brixham with their quirky shops, pubs, restaurants, and galleries. The sandy beaches of Torre Abbey Sands and Goodrington Sands are also nearby. There is parking for one car per cottage. Towels, linen, gas & electricity all included

The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Offering a feast of activities in all the sorrounding areas. A 15 minuit drive to the unusual market Town of Totnes, 5 min drive to Preston Sands, a foot path on the doorstep to Cockington Village. Lots of lovely walks, beaches and wonderful Devonshire Heritage. This little gem is easy access to anywhere in Devon.

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.

My purpose built and high specification annexe is in a quiet position and just a couple of minutes walk to the coastal path mid way between Goodrington and Broadsands beaches. Fully fitted kitchen, high speed broadband, wi-fi and a fully fitted bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating throughout are all included. Nearby local shops (10 minutes walk). No smoking please and no pets. High chair and cot available on request.
