This holiday house has the basic living amenities that will make you feel like home. The house is located on the ground floor in a quiet neighborhood by the sea in a city Liznjan (10 km from bigger city Pula). The house has a outdoor terrace with dining area and gas grill and your own parking space beside the house. It is surrounded by large land with olive groves and you have your own garden in which you can pick up fresh and healthy plants for your meals. Nearest beach is just few steps away.

Nalazi se u prirodnom, mirnom okruženju, zadovoljiti će sve one koji se žele opustiti i uživati u krugu obitelji ili prijatelja. S gornjeg kata kuće, gdje se nalaze dvije spavaće sobe sa vlastitim kupaonicama, sa terase se pruža veličanstven i otvoreni pogled na Kvarnerski zaljev. Unser neues Ferienhaus Una wartet auf Sie! Es bietet Ihnen viel Ruhe und Entspannung auf 120m2 barrierefreien Wohnfläche mit privaten Pool von über 53m2 größe. Zur Verfügung stehen Ihnen drei Schlafzimmern inklusive Bettwäsche, zwei mit Doppelbett und eins davon mit Bad und ein mit zwei Einzelbetten. Insgesamt sind es zwei Bäder inklusive Handtücher, Bad eins mit Massage-Badewanne und je mit Dusche. Hochstuhl und Reisebett stellen wir gerne zur Verfügung, natürlich kostenlos.

Casa Percan is a new and modern holiday home with whirlpool. A large swimming pool with deckchairs is available for use right across the street. It's located in a quiet part of Premantura. The holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms (one bed 160 x 200 and two bunk beds), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is a free private parking. In the yard there is a summer kitchen with a grill on gas, seating area, and also loungers for relaxing.

Kuća je dobro opremljena sa svime što je potrebno za ljetovanje. Pored kuće imamo i vanjski tuš i još jednu prostoriju za peglanje i još jedan wc! kuća se nalazi na mirnom mjestu okružena zelenilom!

Apartment is located in a family house, on the ground floor with its own garden with a sea view. In the garden there is a terrace with barbecue, deckchairs and an outdoor shower. The house is equipped with a baby bed and a baby feeder. You do not need to use a car to go to the beach because a beautiful pebble beach is 200 meters from the apartment.

Welcome our dear guests to our house in Fazana. The house is located in old town only 80 m from the sea. The nearest beach is only 2 min walk from the house. Restaurants are just around the corner, wifi and air conditioner included in price! Parking 28€ per week . There is also parking places near the house but the price is higher.
