Garden house

The property covers 35m2 and can accommodate the following number of people: 2+1. In the apartment there is one bedroom, one living room where one person can sleep on sofa, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large terrace with private part of the garden equiped with grill and garden furniture. Kitchen is equiped with table and chairs for every person; kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery, dish clothes, electric cooker, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee machine. Detached house, air conditioning, air conditioning included in the price, Sat-TV, bed linen is delivered in the weekly change, towels provided (2 small towels per person per week), internet (WLAN), use free of charge, prices include the following: change of bedlinen (weekly), final clean at the end of your stay, usage of electricity, water, tax and parking. Located in the picturesque town of Rovinj, Studio is set 5 km from the Nature Park Zlatni Rt and 5 km from City Center. It offers rustic-style rooms with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The Studio has spacious bathroom, kitchen, decorated with wooden beams and stone wall elements and comes with a big terrace. Villa Csipak is our enjoyable Guesthouse, located in the very heart of Rovinj. We offer cosy, fully-equipped rooms & studio apartments only 500 meters away from the Old Town, city harbour, and bus station. The nearby beaches are at no more than a 10-minute walk. The neighbourhood is peaceful, and there is a supermarket and a restaurant right at the corner. If you come by car, we offer parking on our premises upon request. We speak several languages, and your questions are always welcome!

Cozy little house with spacious terrace

Cozy little house in the garden behind the family house in residential area, close to the center of Premantura and a short walking distance to the beach. There is a spacious, secluded terrace with a shower, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The house is surrounded by garden full of Mediterranean greenery. The vicinity of the protected nature park Kamenjak with its numerous natural beaches and cycling routes allows for both relaxing and active holydays, according to personal preference.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in Pješčana Uvala in der Nähe des Waldes Soline, 4 km von der antiken Stadt Pula entfernt. In der Nähe des Hauses befinden sich zwei Strände: Pješčana Uvala und /oder Uvala Soline, beide ca. 700 m entfernt, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Innerhalb von 5 km befinden sich mehr als 20 Badestrände. Kap Kamenjak in der Nähe von der Ortschaft Prementura ist unbedingt sehenswert.

Cosy small house 50 m from the beach

The small house is completly renovated in june 2016. and it is located just on a perfect position, 50 m from the pebble beach. Everything is in a walking distance, the promenade 20 m, children's playground 60 m, restaurant 60 m, center 250 m, supermarket 350 m. It is in a ground floor with fenced terrace and pets friendly. It has a large comfortable bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom, covered terrace, private parking.

The cozy 23 sqm large studio has a large double bed, bathroom and small but fully equipped kitchen. All this is located in one room except the bathroom. The studio located approximately 400 meters from the old town is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and wireless internet. In the outdoor area, the studio has at its disposal 1 parking space and its own terrace.

Secluded 2-bedroom house surrounded by nature

Unwind at this secluded vacation house on the outskirts of a small village. Enjoy the forest and meadow view from the pool and extensive garden. The house is located in the heart of Istria, with only 30min drive to the beautiful beaches on either side of the peninsula. Although shops, restaurants and the motorway are 5-10 min away, the area is peaceful and secluded.
