Centraal gelegen accommodatie. Er is een aparte ingang en via de trap kom je in alle ruimtes.Een nieuw ingerichte keuken met allerlei voorzieningen en aansluitend de zitruimte met TV en WiFi. Er is een aparte slaapkamer, een badkamer met douche en ligbad en een aparte wc. Het verblijf is centraal gelegen met op loopafstand een supermarkt, ontbijtgelegenheden, restaurant. Er zijn er diverse wandelroutes en fietsroutes, fietsen door de bomen en in het water. Fietsen kunnen in een gesloten ruimte.

Paul's place

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Het appartement ligt zeer gunstig t.o.v. het MECC (5 minuten / auto), de Universiteit Maastricht ( 5 minuten) en de oude binnenstad van Maastricht is op loopafstand. Parkeren kan voor de deur tegen betaling (8,10 p.d.)

Buitenplaats Welsdael een unieke uitvalsbasis voor wandel fietstochten op plateau van Margraten bij Maastricht.

Mijn ruimte is een luxueus appartement (85m²), op wandelafstand van het centrum van Hasselt. Het is gelegen op de rand van de stad in een rustige buurt. Het appartement beschikt over alles wat je nodig hebt én ook een plaats voor fietsen. Ideaal om een dagje te gaan shoppen of om de prachtige provincie Limburg (met de fiets) te ontdekken.

De royale vakantiewoning heeft een eigen ingang en bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping. De woning is in landelijke stijl ingericht en heeft een mooi uitzicht over onze tuin en België, aan de overkant van de Maas. De vakantiewoning is uitstekend geschikt voor vakanties maar ook als verblijf voor zakenreizen.
