Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Apartment Rialto is a two-level apartment in a family house, located in the old town center near the town square and close to the beach. It consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. In front of the house there is a space covered with awning for sitting outside. Free WI-FI is available throughout the property. The apartment has two air-conditioning units (living room and bedroom). Free private parking is 3 min away on foot. The nearest beach is 5 min away on foot.

We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Amorino Cres - Old Town House

Amorino Cres - Old Town House nalazi se u samoj srednjovjekovnoj pješačkoj jezgri grada Cresa, pitoresknom dijelu kamenih kuća u nizu isprepletenim malim uskim uličicama "klančićima" koji daju posebni šarm boravku. Ovaj je smještaj prikladan za samostalne goste, parove ili obitelji, a svi sadržaji biti će Vam nadohvat ruke. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu u hladu vinove loze. Terasa ima drveni stol s klupama te velikim kaminom na drva. Besplatno parkirno mjesto je osigurano. Besplatan WiFi. Dobrodošli!

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Amalia — Charming Old Istrian House

Charming 200 year-old Istrian house in the old town of Žminj. It has a little yard and table where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The interior features many antique objects and furniture from when the house was last inhabited, 70+ years ago.
