This villa surrounded by greenery and offers a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. The 50 m² pool is filled with salt water. On the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms. The living room leads to a beautiful terrace. There is also a summer kitchen and a barbecue area. A bedroom with bathroom, a sauna and a dressing room are on the first floor. It also has a gallery with exercise machines and table football. The villa offers two garage spaces.

Smještaj uključuje ograđeno dvorište s vrtom i besplatnim parkingom te prostorom za sunčanje i roštiljanje. This is a romantic, bright apartment located in the city center of Cres. The building itself is 500 years old, made of stone and wood but the apartment was just refurbished in a very classy style. The apartment is on the second floor and consist of two rooms, of well equipped kitchen with dining area and of bedroom with king size bed and modern in room bathroom. There are two other apartments in the building, one of them being my home, so I will be at your service if needed.
