Welcome to our peaceful farm in the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The farm is ideally situated for you to explore the beautiful East Devon countryside, less than 5 minutes from the A30, and only 25 minutes drive from the coast. Your well appointed private studio flat includes a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, sofa, TV and kitchenette. It has been recently refurbished, with new furniture. Breakfast can be served to you in the flat, for a little extra, available on request.

It is ideally situated to explore the Jurassic Coast with countryside walks/cycles via footpaths/bridal ways/turbaries from the door. With views of rolling fields in all directions and the fabulous Kings Arms Pub less than 50m away (roaring fires, wholesome food and great beer), Streamside also benefits from a private patio and a shared garden to relax and enjoy the stream

Steve, Annabelle and Jackie welcome you to our newly converted loft conversion in a highly convenient location. Enjoy a friendly welcome within Blackdown Hills and AONB, close to the Jurassic Coast. It’s a great place for either a short stopover or longer stay. Our apartment within our home, allows enough space to welcome families, or small groups, whilst also being suitable for those who are looking for peace. Little Rock is a unique and tranquil getaway set in the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and only 7.3 miles to the Jurassic coast. The contemporary self contained studio apartment with king size bed is in a rural, private but accessible position and is attached to a quaint thatched cottage but with its own entrance, parking and garden areas with bbq. Little Rock is the perfect location to simply relax or explore the country & coast with great food and activities within easy reach.

Set in the beautiful Devon countryside, halfway between the market towns of Axminster & Honiton and 15/20 minutes from Lyme Regis, Charmouth & Seaton beaches. Enjoy having the best night's sleep ever (on our kingsize Eve memory foam mattress & Octasmart topper) and waking up to birdsong! You are welcome to bring up to two well behaved dogs and will have your own private garden with views across the valley. The White Hart pub/Indian restaurant is a few minutes walk away and also delivers.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

A perfect base for visiting The Jurassic Coast only a 25 minute drive to Lyme Regis , The Nest is a 3 bedroom cottage perfect for family’s or just friends meeting up ! Country pubs , footpaths and cycling all on the doorstep, as well as seafood restaurants in Lyme Regis , attractions for children and adults .

Blackdown Hills Hot Tub retreat

An ideal escape for a couple, Nuthatch is a cosy, tastefully decorated and well equipped holiday home set within the grounds of the owners' property in Stockland within the lovely Blackdown Hills AONB. Dog friendly. Private use of hot tub. You may like to bring your own bathrobes (spa towels are provided). A 20 minute drive from the stunning Jurassic Coast and easy driving distance from the National Parks of Exmoor and Dartmoor. There are lots of lovely local walks or cycling routes nearby

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Welcome to Little Greenhayes - A fully self contained 2 bed Annexe to my home in the beautiful Devon countryside in Ham, one mile from the village of Dalwood, and within easy reach of the town of Axminster. Situated on the borders of Devon, Dorset and Somerset close to the Jurassic coastline in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Sleeps 4 (3 adults max) (1 double, 1 Single + 1 folding guest bed on request). Wi-Fi. Parking for 1 car + EV Charger available and payable separately

Secluded cottage with outstanding 360 degree views of Blackdown Hills, AOB. The cottage is bright and airy, well decorated with quality furnishings, Large gardens with shrubs, flowers, trees, Jacuzzi, swings and trampoline. There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available. Access is via a gate and a mowed path leads up across a field to the cottage. (No vehicle access - see photos.)
