A private entrance leads you up to the 2nd floor where you have access exclusively to bedroom, bathroom and kitchen counter with sink, electric kettle, microwave & small refrigerator. No one shares 2nd floor with you. Also provided are Cable TV WI-FI double bed desk chairs. Check in and out via keyless code pad. Street parking is available . 5-minute driving to LIRR station. No third-party booking. If 2 people to stay, put down 2 guests on Airbnb APP.

My place is very close to Floral Park, Valley Stream and Jamaica train stations. It's less than 15 mins away from Jfk airport without traffic, and 5 mins from Belmont Race Track. My place is good for solo, adventurer, and business travelers. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around me, and a closeby park that one can always go there for relaxation. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the safe neighborhood!
