Equipped with a full bathroom, queen bed, and a pull-out sofa bed (please note this is a futon and not very comfortable). There is WiFi, a mini frig, coffee maker, and a TV with streaming abilities. There is a stone patio and a koi pond overlooking the town and water. Bay beaches are down the block, Sandy Hook is approximately a mile away. This property is not suitable for children or pets.
