Do you want a spot on the sea, your apartment just steps from the Adriatic Sea? Our apartment "Haliaetum" is located in a family villa by the sea, on the walkway to the San Simon beach in Izola. Excellent location, pleasant garden with Mediterranean vegetation, cozy apartment and our desire to feel at home with us, all these are sufficient reasons to spend your holidays, a long weekend or maybe just a day in our apartment Haliaetum all-year-round. The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Just park your car in front of the house and enjoy your vacation.

City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

We are renting an apartment in center of Novigrad. The city of Novigrad has a history that goes far back in time. The whole city is surrounded by walls which gives visitors a feeling of security and shelter. The apartment gives you a feeling of freshness and privacy. Each apartment has its own entrance and a covered terrace with a table and chairs. There is a wide variety of herbs and spices available to guests in our garden. Appartamento molto suggestivo con travi a vista che oltre la posizione invidiabile con la vista sul centro storico si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia cittadina. Appartamento e piccolo ma con i spazi ben organizzati ed e ideale per 4 persone. Volendo ci possono stare 6 persone usufruendo dell divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno.

The studio is situated in a calm neighbourhood. It has its own entrance and a nice garden with a view on the sea. In front of the house on the left is your free parking lot. There are small markets in the vicinity. Once here, you will get bed sheets and towels. There is tourist tax (2,5 Eur per person/day) to be payed.

These appartment in ground floor with garden is located in the centre of the oldest part of Piran, Punta, on first line near the sea. I like the tuch of history in every wall of these old house, were we found inscriptions in stone as old as from 1663.
