Warm in the winter and cool in the summer. It sits on 20 acres, two hours north of NYC. Hiking trails, Woodstock, Kingston, Saugerties or the Hudson River 20 min away. This 4 season tiny home features AC and heat with a dinette in the kitchen for 4 that can be turned into a bed for two children or one adult. Refrigerator, oven, and microwave round out this kitchen. The bathroom includes a flush toilet, sink, and shower. The bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress and big windows to hear the rushing water.
