You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located 1-bedroom apartment. It is less than a mile to the NJ Transit train station with direct service to NYC, Newark or Hoboken. Restaurants and shops are within walking or quick driving distance. It is a 10 minute drive to Seton Hall University, a 15 minute drive to Newark International Airport, and a 20 minute drive to NJIT and Rutgers Newark. The Garden State Parkway and Rte 78 are are less than 10 minutes from your door.

Shared Washer/Dryer. *To Midtown or Downtown Manhattan* • About a 10 minute walk up a steep hill to bus stop. • 40-50 minute bus ride. • If driving (Uber/taxi): about a 20-30 minute ride (depending on traffic).

This space includes one master bedroom and one smaller bedroom on the top floor of a beautifully restored Victorian townhouse. There is a private bathroom for guests' personal use down the hall. There is a separate 2nd floor entrance for guests to enjoy complete privacy on the 3rd floor. The house is located directly behind the Journal Square PATH Station. It is a 7-10 minute walk from the house to the station. Guests are only three short stops to the World Trade Center in NYC.

Accessible to public transportation within steps from the home. Transportation to NYC/Weehawken/ Jersey City/Hoboken.

You and your party have private access to the entire top floor with 2 bedrooms (queen/double), air conditioning and overhead fans, skylights, and a European spa bathroom with claw-foot tub and tree-top views.
