There is a separate 2nd floor entrance for guests to enjoy complete privacy on the 3rd floor. The house is located directly behind the Journal Square PATH Station. It is a 7-10 minute walk from the house to the station. Guests are only three short stops to the World Trade Center in NYC.

The apartment has a full kitchen and wifi, and is entered through a lovely courtyard garden that guests can enjoy in good weather, which has chairs and a picnic table.
