Welcome to @ranch_inthewoods No cleaning fee STR permit #34035 This newly built ranch-style home with thoughtfully designed wabi-sabi interiors sits in the woods of the Warwick Valley. It's located a short drive away from several lakes, hiking trails, breweries, and dining experiences. It features forest/creek views, designer furniture, modern appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas cooktop), smart 4k TV, gym & yoga studio, gas firepit, and ample deck with an outdoor kitchen & dining area.

Clean, convenient, & close to train & downtown

Beautiful and clean one bedroom unit (with own bathroom, living room, fridge, and kitchenette-no stove) with easy off-street parking! Private entrance and easy walk to the White Plains Metro North Station! Great for those visiting NYC, working at nearby hospitals or companies, commuting into the city, or visiting family in Westchester! Living room sofa can become a futon to sleep on. We have toddlers, but we always try to keep any noise to a minimum, and they usually are in bed by 8 PM.

Enjoy the lakefront from my charming home! Fish or Kayak from the private dock or relax on the large deck overlooking the water tucked away on the lake. Boats are included for all guests! Coming to visit the city that never sleeps? We are 30 minutes from Time Square and walking distance to St. John’s Hospital. Enjoy a walk through The Untermyer Gardens that’s right around the corner from our home. 2.5 miles away from Yonkers Pier with great view of the city by the Hudson River. Excellent food choices, and great walking trail. From there you can catch the Metro-North railroad to the city. We will give you tips and recommendations on food and “must-see” spots while you are here.

Nestled at the base of Tallman Mountain lies the quaint village of Piermont where a population of 2,500 sleep, live, thrive and enjoy life on the simpler side. Sip a coffee on the porch overlooking the Sparkill creek, take a stroll down Main Street for an array of options to visit. Fishing on the pier, dancing fireflies at night and wildlife throughout. Private stairs & balcony leads to 500 square foot second-story space. You get the entire upstairs to yourself. The NYS Thruway does run between the house and the mountain. There is highway noise. TV has a ROKU. The WiFi signal is weak due to the metal siding on the barn.
