PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Apartment Lora 4*

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

White Apartment

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

My place is close to city center and beaches. Just 6 minutes walk. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the people, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Bicyclist and motorcyclist can leave their bikes in closed garage. You'll love a very modern design with high quality furniture and good sound and heat isolation.

NEW white studio apartment

Studio apartment for two. Set in a quiet area of Crikvenica. 15 minute walk away from the nearest beach. The property features free Wi-Fi, free private parking, grill, air conditioning,and satellite TV. Air-condition ( cooling-heating) 5 euro per day. The prices are valid just for current year. July 1 - August 31, minimum stay 7 nights.

Studio apartman "Pulenat" nalazi se na mirnoj lokaciji, udaljen od centra Omišlja 10min laganog hoda. Na svega 4min vožnje autom od studia nalazi se šljunčana plaža Pesja. Studio je kompletno opremljen i novo uređen. Krasi ga prostrana terasa sa ležaljkama i kutkom za mirno ispijanje kave.
