A shop is located next door. Bars and restaurants are situated on the coast line. Bakar is only a short drive away from lovely beaches on the south side, and Kostrena, Rijeka, Opatija and Istria on the west side. A two hours drive will also take you to beautiful National park of Plitvička jezera( lakes) and Venice, Italy.

Tradition and Art House with Amazing Garden

This is an elegant two-bedroom apartment, in a 150-year-old house, that has always belonged to my family. The house is in a quiet area, it's fully refurbished, with all modern amenities(air-conditioning, dish-washer, washing machine, wi-fi) furnished in the traditional style. The front door leads to the garden, which itself is over a hundred years old and it looks very special. Free parking places are nearby. National parks, shopping centers, beaches are reachable in a short car/bus ride.

Warm holiday home in small quiet village Kostrena. Kostrena is famous of its history of capitans and sailors. Therefor, our house was home to many generations of seaman through 300 years of its existence but is fully renovated. Fully equiped kitchen, living room with sofa that can be converted into bed for 2 persons (135×200cm), diningroom. On the second floor there is 1 full bathroom and 2 bedroms. One bedroom with bed for one person (90×200cm) and other with bed for 2 persons (160×200cm).

Ideal for rest and relaxation away from urban commotion, directly overlooking Kostrena's seaside promenade with its many beaches within throwing distance of the apartment. Almost anything you could want (shops, restaurants, beaches, bars & various other points of interest) is within 1 km or less. We expect dog-friendly guests since we keep a pet Great Dane.
