Die Villa Oleandar liegt in einem schön angelegten, eingezäunten Garten und ist von einer Kirschlorbeerhecke umsäumt und sorgt daher für absolute Privatsphäre beim Sonnenbaden auf dem großen Sonnendeck, Schwimmen im 21 qm großen Pool oder beim Grillen. Den Gästen stehen 2 Terrassen zur Verfügung, von der Oberen kann man sogar das Meer erspähen. Sie liegt in der Gemeinde Rogovici, 6km vom Meer und 13 km von Porec entfernt.
