Built in 1831, our inn is a completely restored Colonial Revival that retains the charm, grace of an era past, but updated with modern amenities. The stately "Sparrow" room, the original master bedroom of the Borland House built in 1839, has a king-size bed and private bathroom. You can also enjoy brunch in our award winning restaurant (not included).

Welcome to Marlboro! This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

The nightlife is lively especially on Second Saturday, and you are only little over an hour by train to NYC. You'll love the secluded ridge location, and your friendly host and hostess.

Neverland, a full size bed, desk & private bath

A Craftsman home in the country. This guest room is on the second floor with views of a pond and woods. It has an en-suite bathroom, a desk area and a full size bed with cotton sheets and a down quilt with a linen duvet cover. Our well water has a whole house filtering system and shower head filters but the smell of sulfur is sometimes released when using hot water in the sinks.
