Very clean. Large desk. Reliable broadband. Netflix. Two toilets. Pretty garden. Great local restaurants, cafés, delis. Ashmolean & Port Meadow both a short walk. Local supermarket 1m, city centre 10m. I'm a superhost with 11 years' experience, not an agent. I personally inspect before every check-in.

Private access, front door leads into living area and patio doors into garden. Fully furnished, sofa bed, desk, tea, coffee making facilities, microwave, iron and free Wi-Fi. Upstairs, ensuite shower room, double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV. A door to the main house kitchen links the annex and remains locked. We do respect our guests privacy but are available if need be. A short walk from town/train stations and supermarkets, restaurants and pubs located near by.
