Destiny Lodge is set in the very heart of Brixham, steps from the harbour. This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. There are two bedrooms, a sitting room with open gas fire (looks like a real fire!) and dining table, and a television snug. There is a jacuzzi bath and the kitchen is spacious and well kitted out. There is a washer/dryer and a dishwasher

Whilst only being minutes away from Torbay's famous beaches and attractions, with the south hams only minutes in the other direction.

Solar system covers most of your energy consumption. 100 metres from the famous Exe Estuary Trail, a short drive to the beach (or cycle!), or a 30 minute traffic free walk to the village of Lympstone with its pubs and eateries. Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.
