Destiny Lodge is set in the very heart of Brixham, steps from the harbour. This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. There are two bedrooms, a sitting room with open gas fire (looks like a real fire!) and dining table, and a television snug. There is a jacuzzi bath and the kitchen is spacious and well kitted out. The location is on a hill overlooking Totnes with expansive views towards Dartmoor. It is a 12-15 minute walk into town. The property has off road parking for two cars.

Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.

Enjoy travelling by Steam train, boat, bus or train.

The property has a roof top Hot Tub that seats 7 with panoramic views towards Dartmoor National Park. The Garden area has a large patio with outside table 10 people. Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located spacious four bedroom house. Three minute level walk to Paignton Beach and a five minute level walk to the town centre which is home to numerous bars, restaurants, shops and amenities.
