Close to Brixham and Dartmouth, and a 30 minute drive to Dartmoor We face onto Churston Golf course and are a 15 minute walk to 2 local beaches Broadsands and Elberry Cove. The popular Train Of Lights in Dec can be seen from our home. For walkers the South West coastal path is near by, and National Trust properties, including Agatha Christie's very own Greenway House.

Brixham is a very family friendly town with many attractions for the whole family. Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located spacious four bedroom house. Three minute level walk to Paignton Beach and a five minute level walk to the town centre which is home to numerous bars, restaurants, shops and amenities.
