Kuća nudi dvije udobne spavaće sobe sa kupaonom,dnevni boravak, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju i prekrasan vanjski prostor sa roštiljem na plin i sa grijanim, masažnim bazenom. Kuća je udaljena 2 km od svih sadržaja.Nalazi se u središnjoj Istri, što je čini izvrsnim polazištem za istraživanje cijelog poluotoka. Natkriveni parking za 2 auta.

Kuća za odmor Sunset

Kuća za odmor "Sunset" samostalan je objekt na dvije etaže, sa vlastitom okućnicom i parkirnim mjestom. U prizemlju se nalazi spavaća soba sa bračnim krevetom, kuhinja, dnevni boravak, toalet i soba sa jacuzzijem(Jacuzzi je dostupan za rezervacije od 3 ili više noći.). Na katu su dvije spavaće sobe, svaka sa po 2 kreveta i kupaona. U dvorištu se nalazi stol sa klupama, roštilj i montažni bazen(do 13.09.). Kuća se nalazi na proplanku te pruža jedinstven pogled na jezero i brojna okolna mjesta.

Villa Master with Pool is a large private holiday rental located in the green surroundings of central Istria, in a small village with several more homes, a nearby restaurant, and a truffle tasting shop.  It offers a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Large garden with old olive trees, an outdoor pool, sunbathing platform, and the summer kitchen with an outdoor dining table and the original wood-fire burning barbecue guarantee you lots of space for socializing with your family and friends.

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.

It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
