The facilities bearing this certification have met at least 50 criteria like: social and environmental responsibility, use of eco certified washing and cleaning agents, natural materials, water saving technology, energy saving technology, waste sorting and recycling e.t.c. We support local community by promoting small local producer and experiences as well.

Na drugom najgornjem katu naše kuće nalazi se ovaj prekrasan stan sa pogledom na more i otočjem Brijuni. Stan je veličine 98m2, ima vlastiti ulaz i parking u sklopu objekta. Parcela se prostire na 6000m i u potpunosti je ograđena kamenim zidom. Ispred kuće nalati se bazen od 55 m2. Na cijeloj parceli preko četrdeset stoljetnih maslina.

Apartment is located 900m from the beach, 2 km from Fazana and 10 km from Pula. The apartment is located in a private house in Peroj on the 1st floor. The beach is only 900m away where you can find beach bars, rent a chairs, and try some water sports. Beach has an amazing view in the Brijuni islands. If you like active vacation there is a path for biking, running and walking which lead to Fazana and Valbandon where you can meet other activities.

Our air-conditioned LEE HOUSE is located in a quite neighborhood of istrian village Peroj with privat parking spots. In our big mediterranean garden you can relaxe, do yoga, meditate ect. On your terrace you can serve food out of the full furnished kitchen with oven, microwave, coffeemaschine, water boiler and dishwasher or use the barbecu.
