Three en suite bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The villa also has a basement arranged for entertainment for both children and adults.

The seaside walk is 12 km long scattered sparks with pebbles and sea-leveled rocks, beaches with possibility to rent paddle boards, water ski and canoe.

Moderan i ukusno uređen apartman Palm Springs nalazi se u prizemlju obiteljske kuće. Apartman ima 50 m2, a sastoji se od kuhinje i dnevnog boravka, dvije spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima, kupaonice sa tuš kabinom, te prostrane terase od 20 m2. You can explore all city Krk's main attractions on foot in short minutes and also visit beaches nearby (200m away). Apartment Street is quiet and great for a night of sleep and private parking is also provided inside the historic city walls!

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
