We were sanitizing doorknobs and touchable surfaces well before COVID as the reviews show. Rest assured to know that we have your back in these challenging times. This home is equipped with high tech gadgets like Alexa controlled thermostats and shades, keyless entry, and Sonos surround sound. It has plenty of USB power outlets all over the place including the nightstands, and walls. Guests will have access to 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 2 full bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, living room, front porch, back carport, and part of a shared driveway and street parking. I will be a phone call away for any of your needs or questions/recommendations, and someone will be available for emergencies in person. This property is within walking distance of many iconic East Nashville spots. The home also boasts easy access to the vibrant city life that Nashville is known for. Scooters are usually available within easy walking distance. Ubers and Lifts are around $10 to get downtown. Public transportation via bus can be found at the bus stop at the end of the street. Let stress melt away while sipping coffee on a porch and listening to birdsong from the surrounding woods. It's tranquil inside, too, with carefully selected furnishings inspired by minimalism, walnut floors, and locally crafted kitchen countertops. The house is located about a two min drive from downtown Black Mountain and about 18 min from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore. We have a chiminea and adirondak chairs in the back yard for our guests use. Build a fire and roast some marshmallows with the family! Up to two dogs are welcome with a one time $75 pet fee. Our rental includes everything our guests need for a short or long stay. Fully equipped kitchen for those who want to cook. Laundry and dryer included. We are available for questions and do our utmost to respond to your inquiries as quickly as we can. A relaxing and pleasant experience is our priority. The bungalow is only a few minutes' walk from Tomahawk Lake, beautiful walking trails, and nearby waterfalls. Visit breweries and restaurants in local Black Mountain and explore fine dining and nightlife in Asheville—a 20-minute drive away. Less than a five minute drive from downtown Black Mountain and approximately 20 minutes to downtown Asheville. Uber is available to get you to either location if needed.

This guest house shares a driveway with our home, but it is completely detached and private. The bedroom sleeps two on a queen mattress, and we provide a queen sized inflatable mattress that fits easily in the living room. The property has a stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, a lovely new bathroom, a two-car garage, and loads of aesthetic.

Breathe healthy in this hypoallergenic environment. Stay warm around a central stone fireplace and soak up the cultural significance of staying in a carefully restored domestic cottage listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub to relax a little more. This original tiny house has no separate bedrooms. Spa is near the main house-70 feet from the cottage. Swim wear required. It is private for the cottage guests only. We are 7 miles from downtown Nashville.

The Snookmore ~ Front Porch Views w/ Hot Tub

The Snookmore is perfectly located just 3 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and 8 miles from downtown Asheville. Just hop on the Parkway and have the Appalachian wilderness at your beck and call or mosey on down to the hottest town the South has to offer. Its only neighbors are ourselves and our other rental house, the Snookery. Note on Helene: we were very luck in Snookville with a lot of downed trees, but nothing structural. There are still outages, but the generators keep the power on.
