Villa Salu' - APP. 5 Munte

Welcome to Villa Salu' (adults only, +14). Villa Salu' is family run luxurious apartment house that has opened its doors in 2010 for her guests who are looking for high quality accommodation with personality and style. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 5 Munte (2 person) is one of seven apartments in our beautiful house. It has one bedroom and is situated on the second floor of our villa.

Stan se nalazi tik uz pulski amfiteatar, s parkom preko puta, svega korak od šetnice uz more te 5 minuta hoda do stare gradske jezgre. U blizini su željeznički i autobusni kolodvor, trajektna luka i brojne kulturne znamenitosti i turističke atrakcije. S balkona se pruža prekrasan pogled na luku, što čini ovaj stan savršenim izborom za sve koji traže mir i udobnost.

Lokacija: prva plaža je već na kraju ulice (200m do apartmana), 500m do prve trgovine, u blizini restorana i pizzerija. PUY aerodrom udaljen je samo 10km, Pula je udaljena 6km, Rt Kamenjak 10km, a NP Brijuni 20km. Šarmantan gradić Rovinj je svega pola sata vožnje od apartmana.

Spacious, unique and sunshine apartment with the spectacular view of the Roman amphitheater. You can almost touch the Arena from all the windows!Two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen with dining area, entry living room and a little balcony. Capacity: 4+2 people. Free WiFi, Smart TV and AC in bedrooms. This apartment belongs to my family for four generations and I've grew up in it. Now you are welcome to enjoy it!

Apartments Lavanda and Maslina are new, luxury apartments located in a residential and safe part of town, only 15 minutes walk to the city centre. The apartments have air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with flat screen TV and satellite programs, their own bathroom, free parking as well as free WI-FI. During their stay, the guests can relax on the terrace that is equipped with garden furniture

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja. Do prošle sezone iznajmljivali smo jedan manji dio kuće ,dok je od ove sezone 2024. godine naš smještaj renoviran i proširen kako bi bio veći i komotniji. Besplatan WiFI
