Vintage Garden Apartment

Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Casa Fresca je vrlo ugodan, intiman i zaštićen prostor od 54m2 gdje se voli biti. Okružen je parkom i maslinikom u 400m2 ograđenom prostoru. The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Inside the estate where Villa Latini is located, the Stanić family runs a family farm, taking care of the domestic animals. The guests can taste marmalades, olive oil, prosciutto, wine and other home-made products.
