In de studio is een koelkast, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker en keukenservice aanwezig. Buiten voor de studio staat een tuinmeubelset met parasol. De studio ligt 1,5 km buiten het dorp Massa Martana, waar je benodigdheden vindt zoals , een supermarkt, slager, bakker, apotheek, bar/pizzeria.

La struttura è stata attentamente ristrutturata con gusto ed eleganza.Le camere presentano arredi d'epoca e comfort moderni. Inoltre,per usufruire della cucina e del salone, il costo è di 900 euro aggiuntivi.

Main house is rarely used as we live in Britain so you are likely to have the large grounds and pool to yourselves! A gatekeeper lives in another outbuilding and is available for any issues. Please note that 2 lovely dog puppies live at the property and they are used to children.
