Open space in the historical centre, Cavana area

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

La zona e' tranquilla, nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano le fermate di piu' linee bus e svariati negozi. Sempre a poca distanza sono presenti il sito storico del Castello dI S. Giusto, l' Osservatorio Astronomico ed il Civico Museo di Antichità' J.J Winkelmann. Nel circondario il parcheggio pubblico e' gratuito

Completely refurbished apartment with new furnishings. The accommodation is strategically located a short distance from the city center which can also be reached on foot. In the immediate vicinity is the Burlo Garofalo Children's Hospital, excellence in pediatric pathologies. The accommodation, with a wonderful sea view, overlooks the cycle path that leads to the Valle Rosandra reserve. Very quiet and comfortable accommodation equipped with smart TV and home automation.

A romantic appartment at 50m from Unità Square

This small appartment, especially suitable for couples, is located in the heart of Trieste's historical center, in a romantic pedestrian area at 50m from the famous Unità Square. The appartments has a nice and functional furnishings, it has everything you may need. The wifi is free and very fast. You will be close to shops, groceries, museums and aperitifs. If you need it, at only 100m, there is a guarded parking at a daily rate of 22 euros. (Park San Giusto)

The apartment, recently renovated (April 2023) and located in the center of Trieste (less than 10 minutes on foot from Piazza Unità), has been designed to welcome guests in a modern and relaxing environment, where they can feel immediately at home! Grazioso piccolo monolocale (ha solo 16 mq) , posizione centralissima a 1 minuto da piazza Unità e dal mare. Bagno con ampia doccia, wc, bidet. Stanza con 2 letti, frigo, attrezzatura per tè e caffè. Si trova in zona pedonale, al 4° piano di un piccolo pittoresco condominio. Aria condizionata. Non c'è l'ascensore. E' possibile il SELF CHECK IN.
