The flat is situated in the heart of Trieste’s historic centre. The windows look out onto the pedestrian promenade linking Piazza Unità to the Canal Grande or Ponterosso. The sea is 100 metres away at Molo Audace, where the Barcolana regatta takes place in October. The nearest beach clubs are a 10–15-minute walk away. It is a lively area, rich in architecture, history, attractions, bars and shops of all kinds. The flat is gas-free, with an induction hob.
