The apartment A three bedroom apartment, with kitchen, shower and toilet on the first floor of a beautiful urban villa, a national monument in the heart of the medieval city of Maastricht. In the kitchen there will be food to provide for your own breakfast for the first morning. Location The villa is just a few steps from the characteristic square, the Vrijthof, with the two churches Saint Servatius and St. John, the theater and the museum at the Vrijthof and the many terraces. In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. Modern, and luxe house on beautiful location

Welcome to Villa Bad Bertrich. The house is in a quiet location just outside the centre of Bad Bertrich, from the house you have a beautiful view of the greenery and the river Üß. However, in 2 minutes you can walk to the centre with its bakery, cafes, restaurants, parks and of course the sauna complex which the village is famous for. Hiking trails start on all sides of the house and in 7 minutes you can reach the banks of the Moselle (Alf/Bullay). The tourist town of Zell is 15 minutes away.

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. the house has room for 20 persons ; it has 7 bedrooms and three bathrooms; there is a lot of free parking space. it is ideal for people who love peace, walking or cycling in the nature. the house has a fantastic vieuw over the valley of the river Ourthe.you canbdo canooing on the river nearby.outdoor center at 3 km. in front of the house is one of the biggest forests in belgium. The lovely towns of La roche, Durbuy and Bastogne with its war museums are nearby.
