Kitchen is equiped with table and chairs for every person; kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery, dish clothes, electric cooker, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee machine. Located in the picturesque town of Rovinj, Studio is set 5 km from the Nature Park Zlatni Rt and 5 km from City Center. We offer cosy, fully-equipped rooms & studio apartments only 500 meters away from the Old Town, city harbour, and bus station. The nearby beaches are at no more than a 10-minute walk. Cozy little house in the garden behind the family house in residential area, close to the center of Premantura and a short walking distance to the beach. There is a spacious, secluded terrace with a shower, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The house is surrounded by garden full of Mediterranean greenery. The vicinity of the protected nature park Kamenjak with its numerous natural beaches and cycling routes allows for both relaxing and active holydays, according to personal preference.
