Private wet room bathroom and spacious lounge / dining area. Ideally placed on the main route into Swanage, close to bus stops, beach, swimming pool, tennis courts and amazing scenic walks. Level access suitable for wheelchair users. Please note booking is one bedroom for 2 guests, two bedrooms for 3+ guests.

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

The Yurt has been specially designed by a local Yurt maker and is made of highest quality materials. Guests can order a Full English breakfast and have it delivered unlimited fresh coffee/tea pot at an additional cost of £12.50pp
