Our six apartment holiday house, together with the accompanying facilities such as a swimming pool, bowling, children's playground and a sauna offers everything you need for a relaxed and pleasant holiday. We are located at the very South of Punat with the beach being at the tip of your toes (30 m away)! Our friendly host Dino will always be at your disposal for advice and any questions you have.

Near the apartment there is a pizzeria, taverns with local food, fish restaurants, seafood, market .. The first beach is only 200m.

You will love our place because of the location, ambiance, great sea view; neighborhood but most of all because it's only 30 m away from the beach, in the close area there are surf school and snack bar. Also town's centar, grocery stores, restaurants and dinings are close and places for family-friendly activities. You can come alone, with your family or friends - also furry ones (pets) we have place for everyone, and everyone is welcome.

Apartment first row to the sea, in a quiet and peaceful place - Santa Marina, with access to small beach, private parking place, garden and grill. One room with double bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Near, you can find a few restaurants, supermarket, bakery and bars. You want to enjoy watching sunrise?
