Discover Istria - renovated stone house

Casa Nona Roza was built by our family members in the early 20th century and it was a home of our grandparents. It was completely renovated in 2017, keeping in mind keeping the spirit of old times, combining Istrian tradition with all the elements of modern life. What makes it special is the use of traditional material: massive stone walls, wooden floors, wrought iron fence. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, dining room and living room combined in a single with air-conditioning , large bathroom and games room (darts, soccer table, bike room). On the second floor there are 3 rooms. Two bedrooms with double beds are air conditioning. One of them has the TV. The third bedroom has two single beds and the possibility of heating for cold days. Also on the same floor there is a large bathroom. What dominates the garden is a large meadow with a centennial tree under which in the afternoon you can be in the shade. In the back of the house there is a well built in 1920. Inside the building there are two parking spaces, one of which is covered. The whole property is surrounded by old walls.

We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu u hladu vinove loze. Terasa ima drveni stol s klupama te velikim kaminom na drva. Besplatno parkirno mjesto je osigurano. Besplatan WiFi. Dobrodošli!

Casa Marta je prekrasna novoizgrađena mala moderna vila s privatnim bazenom, dizajnirana s ljubavlju i pažnjom koja svojim gostima nudi savršen odmor, za sve koji traže drukčiji oblik odmora, daleko od ljetne vreve i prenapučenih turističkih središta. Kuća se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji u mjestu Marčana, od Pule je udaljena 10 km, od prve plaze 8 km, restorana 5 km te trgovine 1,5 km.

Villa Burra

Ovaj moderni smještaj savršen je odabir za one koji putuju kao obitelj ili kao par. Villa Burra smještena je u malom mjestu Peruški nedaleko od Pule. Villa se sastoji od otvorenog dnevnog boravka, kuhinje i blagovaonice koji imaju izlaz na terasu i bazen. Dnevni boravak ima prekrasan pogled na Učku i more. Takodjer ima dvije spavaće sobe i dvije kopaonice.

Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja. Do prošle sezone iznajmljivali smo jedan manji dio kuće ,dok je od ove sezone 2024. godine naš smještaj renoviran i proširen kako bi bio veći i komotniji. Besplatan WiFI
