Welcome to our cottage located just 1 hour north of NYC! It is nestled into 2.7 acres of beautiful gardens, mossy groves, and lovely woods. Nature abounds: The property abuts the 4000 acres of the Ward Pound Ridge Reservation. A trailhead begins right across the driveway. The cottage is equipped with a stone fireplace, spacious kitchen, living room area, table for dining and working, and a sleeping loft. During the summer, a private salt water pool is available.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Our neighborhood is very quiet and close to anything that satisfies the hearts of outdoor enthusiasts. There are plenty of great hikes and bike trails just 10 minutes away. Lots of lakes for kayaking, paddle boarding or just simply relaxing. Crystal Springs Resort and Warwick Drive in Theatre are 30 minute drive if you want to have a spa day and catch a movie under the stars.
